Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Executive who will handle customer inquiries and provide support primarily through phone and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via various channels in a courteous and timely manner
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using CRM systems and follow established procedures
  • Resolve or escalate customer inquiries as needed and maintain a high quality of service in interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
  • 3 years of customer service or contact center experience
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM applications and documentation
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
