Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Executive, responsible for assisting Veterans with their VA Medical Disability Examination inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide courteous assistance according to established guidelines
  • Schedule and reschedule C&P exam appointments while confirming necessary details
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Language: Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
