Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Executive to serve as a primary point of contact for Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and schedule/reschedule C&P exam appointments
  • Provide support related to the program process and assist with navigation of the Veteran-facing portal
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM and follow established guidelines for inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Ability to read and speak English clearly and professionally
