Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Executive to serve as a primary point of contact for Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide assistance in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments for C&P exams while confirming required details
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and resolve inquiries as per established guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Language: Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
