Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent- Email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding order status, product information, and returns with a focus on first-touch resolution
  • Provide professional and empathetic support while documenting all customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Research and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters as needed and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Athletic apparel industry experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
  • Comfortable multitasking and working across multiple systems and platforms
  • Ability to work overtime during peak business periods as required
