Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent- Email.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding order status, product information, and returns with a focus on first-touch resolution
- Provide professional and empathetic support while documenting all customer interactions in CRM systems
- Research and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters as needed and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Athletic apparel industry experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
- Comfortable multitasking and working across multiple systems and platforms
- Ability to work overtime during peak business periods as required
