Job Summary
Customer Service Agent, responsible for providing customer support for Robern products in a remote setting with one day onsite requirement, focusing on inquiries, order management, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer contact for service inquiries and provide information related to Robern products
- Support authorized showrooms with order entry, confirmations, and shipping updates
- Resolve technical issues, process warranty claims, and manage return goods authorizations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred experience with Salesforce and Avaya
- Ability to work between 8am-5pm EST or 8am-5:30pm CST, Monday to Friday
- Remote work available 4 days a week with 1 day required in the office
