Job Summary

Customer Service Agent, responsible for providing customer support for Robern products in a remote setting with one day onsite requirement, focusing on inquiries, order management, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary customer contact for service inquiries and provide information related to Robern products
  • Support authorized showrooms with order entry, confirmations, and shipping updates
  • Resolve technical issues, process warranty claims, and manage return goods authorizations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce and Avaya
  • Ability to work between 8am-5pm EST or 8am-5:30pm CST, Monday to Friday
  • Remote work available 4 days a week with 1 day required in the office
