Job Summary

Handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Customer Service Agent will provide exceptional service and education to patients regarding PAP therapy supplies to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume calls while addressing patient needs and concerns related to equipment and services
  • Educate patients on the importance of timely supply changes and create accurate sales orders
  • Ensure all requests are processed efficiently and accurately, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dedicated home office space free of distractions and noise
  • High-speed home internet connection
