Job Summary
Handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Remote Resupply Customer Service Agent will provide exceptional service and education to patients regarding PAP therapy and necessary supplies to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of calls while addressing patient needs and concerns accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients on the importance of supply changes and create sales orders with confirmed accuracy
- Utilize multiple software platforms to navigate customer interactions and maintain records
Required qualifications:
- Two years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet target goals
- Dedicated home office space free of distractions and noise
- High-speed home internet connection
