Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Customer Service Agent will manage inbound calls from Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, providing assistance and scheduling while adhering to established guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner, scheduling and rescheduling C&P exam appointments
  • Provide general support related to the program process and assist with navigation of the Veteran-facing portal
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow Standard Operating Procedures for each interaction
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Ability to read and speak English clearly, professionally, and fluently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
  • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills for common technical issues
