Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the contracted Customer Service Agent will provide remote assistance to customers, utilizing CRM tools to geo-locate boaters, resolve issues, and document interactions while working flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts.

Key responsibilities
  • Support customers through CRM tools, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Document all interactions accurately and follow up on open issues to ensure resolution
  • Identify trends and recurring issues, providing insights to improve customer service delivery
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of call center experience required
  • Technical experience with current CRMs strongly preferred
  • Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of text and chat acronyms, along with excellent grammar skills
