Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the contracted Customer Service Agent will provide remote assistance to customers, utilizing CRM tools to geo-locate boaters, resolve issues, and document interactions while working flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers through CRM tools, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Document all interactions accurately and follow up on open issues to ensure resolution
- Identify trends and recurring issues, providing insights to improve customer service delivery
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of call center experience required
- Technical experience with current CRMs strongly preferred
- Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Strong understanding of text and chat acronyms, along with excellent grammar skills
