Job Summary

To support a dynamic customer service team, the full-time hourly Customer Service Agent will respond to guest inquiries via phone and email, conduct research to resolve concerns, and transition to a hybrid work schedule after 90 days of service.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and additional guest inquiries
  • Conduct in-depth research to resolve guest concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Strong multitasking skills with proficiency in multiple PC applications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
