Job Summary
To support a dynamic customer service team, the full-time hourly Customer Service Agent will respond to guest inquiries via phone and email, conduct research to resolve concerns, and transition to a hybrid work schedule after 90 days of service.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and additional guest inquiries
- Conduct in-depth research to resolve guest concerns
- Meet or exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Strong multitasking skills with proficiency in multiple PC applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
