Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Customer Service Agent will manage inbound calls to assist Veterans with scheduling and rescheduling their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments while providing general program support and ensuring accurate documentation in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and schedule C&P exam appointments while confirming required details
  • Provide assistance with the Veteran-facing portal and escalate inquiries as needed
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and adhere to established policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Ability to read and speak English clearly and professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
  • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills for common technical issues
