Job Summary
Working remotely, the Customer Service Agent will manage inbound calls for Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, providing assistance and scheduling support during full-time shifts from 4 AM PST to 10 PM PST, Monday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally and schedule C&P exam appointments while providing general support related to the program
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow established guidelines for inquiries and escalations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of process changes and adhere to assigned work schedules, including potential weekend and holiday shifts
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Fluency in English with clear verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
- Basic computer literacy with the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
