Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Service Desk Agent will manage incoming and outgoing calls, diagnose customer issues, and document interactions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls, directing customers to appropriate departments
- Diagnose issues and provide real-time solutions while documenting interactions in CRM systems
- Engage with customers to build rapport and ensure a personalized experience
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or Associate Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Ability to multitask effectively during customer interactions
- Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Familiarity with CRM systems for documenting customer interactions
