Job Summary
To support customer needs remotely, the contracted Customer Service Agent will manage interactions through CRM tools, document customer issues, and provide empathetic resolutions during morning to evening hours.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers via CRM tools and accurately document interactions
- Identify trends or recurring issues and collaborate with the team for solutions
- Deliver quick and thoughtful resolutions while maintaining a positive customer experience
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of call center experience required
- Technical experience with current CRM systems strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
- Strong understanding of text and chat acronyms, along with excellent grammar
