Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Service Desk Agent will manage incoming and outgoing calls related to mortgage support, diagnose customer issues, and document interactions in CRM systems to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer and route incoming calls while providing accurate information about products and services
  • Engage with customers to build rapport and resolve complaints effectively
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary, ensuring adherence to performance targets
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or Associate Degree may be preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, particularly in customer service
  • Ability to multitask and manage call escalations efficiently
  • Experience with CRM systems for documenting customer interactions
  • Eligibility for required authorizations related to export-controlled commodities and technology
