Job Summary

Handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Customer Service Agent will provide outstanding service and education to patients regarding PAP therapy while managing sales orders and addressing customer needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of calls, ensuring patient inquiries are addressed efficiently
  • Educate patients on the importance of timely supply changes and assist with scheduling
  • Create and confirm sales orders, ensuring accuracy of items and patient information
Required qualifications
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet access
