Job Summary

To ensure patients receive outstanding service regarding PAP therapy, the remote Resupply Customer Service Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide education on necessary supplies, and create sales orders while maintaining a focus on optimal clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment to address patient needs
• Educate patients on the importance of changing out supplies and assure accurate handling of requests
• Create sales orders and confirm the accuracy of items and patient demographics

Required qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting target goals
• Dedicated home office space free of distractions and noise
• High-speed home internet connection
