Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Agent I - PT.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact blood donors by telephone to recruit for blood donation and update donor records
• Schedule appointments while providing a positive service experience to maximize donor show rates
• Maintain daily production standards and develop knowledge of donor criteria to inform donors of eligibility

Required Qualifications

• Must commit to 90 days of uninterrupted employment and the specified schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to advocate for blood donations and interest in promoting within the organization
