Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Agent with Clearance will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and document interactions while working remotely and adhering to established protocols.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries with professional courtesy and provide exceptional service based on client-specific instructions
  • Document customer inquiries and verify information, making necessary corrections and updates
  • Utilize statistical data to improve performance and conduct outbound calls for client-specific surveys
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain required government clearance
  • Prior call center or customer service experience is highly desired
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
  • Must meet specific internet speed requirements for remote work
