Job Summary

As a critical link between the Government and healthcare plan beneficiaries, the full-time remote Front-End Customer Service Ambassador will manage sensitive health information intake, provide comprehensive benefits counseling, and handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Intake sensitive health information with confidentiality and care
  • Process TRICARE premium payments and provide benefits education to beneficiaries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM or ticketing system
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or medical plan environment required
  • 1-2 years of call center experience in a high-volume environment required
  • Experience with TRICARE programs and payment processing strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
