Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Analyst (Tier 1) to provide high-quality support to its user community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and technical support for the CMS Technical Help Desk
  • Resolve incoming support requests and inquiries from customers through various communication mediums
  • Track incoming support requests using a CMS approved tool and notify customers of system status
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation
  • Must reside in the U.S. and have lived there for 3 of the last 5 years
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of equivalent experience in a related field
  • One or more years of proven experience in an IT service desk and customer service environment
  • Previous experience working on a Federal Service Desk project is preferred
