Job Summary:
Streets2Schools is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Service and Appointments Specialist to join our fast paced, online culture, where the focus is on building relationships through combining traditional values with innovative ideas to deliver unparalleled service. By joining our rapidly growing online Domestic Violence, Anger Management, and Parenting Programs company, you become part of the intervention solution to those we serve. The Remote Customer Service and Appointments Specialist position is full-time, fully remote, and will require some night(s) and Saturday work. We value teamwork, quality work, and client success.
Core responsibilities for the Remote Customer Service and Appointments Specialist include but are not limited to:
--Reviews client accounts to ensure accuracy during the enrollment process.
--Conducts Video Intake Meetings as a final step for enrollment in the program.
--Conducts Return and Re-Enrollment Video Meetings as clients return to the program after a hold or termination.
--Conducts Exit Interviews with clients as they complete the requirements of their program.
--Assists clients with low-tech abilities in creating online accounts and completing intake documents.
--Completes account setup after video meetings and uploads any necessary documents to client accounts.
--Offers technical support to clients via phone/text/email/Zoom.
--Collaborates with multiple departments to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and client care.
--Interfaces with clients via text message, email, and phone to support clients' experience from intake to course completion.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills to apply with clients and interdepartmental team members to assist in all areas of client accounts. The candidate must be able to convey information to clients in a clear and concise manner and be able to navigate simple software programs. The ability to demonstrate accurate and thorough record keeping, quick thinking, detailed performance, and have excellent organizational skills.
Required Qualifications:
--High School Diploma or equivalent.
--1+ years in the Customer Service field.
--The ability to speak, write, present and listen clearly and concisely (Bilingual Preferred)
--Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom
--Ability to work on a computer for up to eight hours (with lunch/breaks)
--30+ wpm
