Job Summary
Managing appraisal orders from intake through payment processing, the full-time Customer Service Appraisal Manager will ensure efficiency and exceptional client service while serving as the primary point of contact for lender clients and appraiser partners in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned appraisal pipelines, ensuring timely order setup and milestone tracking
- Coordinate payment processing and resolve any payment-related issues professionally
- Serve as the primary liaison for communication between lender clients, borrowers, and appraisers
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in appraisal management, customer service, or operations
- Strong knowledge of real estate and appraisal terminology preferred
- Experience managing high-volume workflows and client communications
- Familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools, and operational systems
- Prior mortgage, lending, or real estate experience preferred
