Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate who will manage customer relationships and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, ensuring accuracy and follow-through
  • Translate customer demand into actionable requirements for Sales, Production, and Supply Chain
  • Manage orders from entry to delivery using ERP and CRM systems while addressing potential issues proactively
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience supporting OEM or distribution customers
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Microsoft Dynamics
