Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate who will manage customer relationships and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, ensuring accuracy and follow-through
- Translate customer demand into actionable requirements for Sales, Production, and Supply Chain
- Manage orders from entry to delivery using ERP and CRM systems while addressing potential issues proactively
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting OEM or distribution customers
- Strong working knowledge of SAP
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Microsoft Dynamics
