Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate for their Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve inbound customer requests related to bank products and services
- Provide customer service via various communication channels (phone, chat, and email)
- Maintain knowledge of banking services and consistently meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; banking experience preferred
- Previous contact center and sales experience preferred
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products and operate standard office equipment
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
