Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate for their Customer Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve inbound customer requests related to bank products and services
  • Provide customer service via various communication channels (phone, chat, and email)
  • Maintain knowledge of banking services and consistently meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; banking experience preferred
  • Previous contact center and sales experience preferred
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products and operate standard office equipment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
