Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate for its Customer Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer requests related to bank products and services
  • Contact potential customers and provide professional customer support
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure satisfactory resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; experience in banking preferred
  • Previous contact center experience preferred
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including non-traditional hours and holidays
