Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Client Service Associate I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to retain existing accountholders through phone and email
- Research and resolve customer inquiries using multiple systems and internal resources
- Process customer requests and communicate changes in operational policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-2 years of direct customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Ability to work any shift, including nights and weekends
- Completion of 2-3 week classroom training
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
