Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Client Service Associate I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to retain existing accountholders through phone and email
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries using multiple systems and internal resources
  • Process customer requests and communicate changes in operational policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-2 years of direct customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Ability to work any shift, including nights and weekends
  • Completion of 2-3 week classroom training
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
