Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound telephone inquiries in a Claims Contact Center
- Initiate auto and homeowner claims by obtaining preliminary loss information
- Provide customers with explanations of the claims process and document interactions accurately
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Customer service experience is highly preferred
- Technically proficient, able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Remote contact center experience is a plus, but not required
