Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound telephone inquiries in a Claims Contact Center
  • Initiate auto and homeowner claims by obtaining preliminary loss information
  • Provide customers with explanations of the claims process and document interactions accurately
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Customer service experience is highly preferred
  • Technically proficient, able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Remote contact center experience is a plus, but not required
