Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to manage inbound and outbound calls and assist borrowers with loan inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls while providing solutions to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow up on customer requests
- Process ACH payments and assist customers with loan servicing questions and website registration
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- Previous experience in mortgage loan servicing desired
- Minimum of 1-year previous customer service experience required
- Ability to handle sensitive confidential information
- Experience with email, MS Word, and MSP
