Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to manage inbound and outbound calls and assist borrowers with loan inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls while providing solutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow up on customer requests
  • Process ACH payments and assist customers with loan servicing questions and website registration
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Previous experience in mortgage loan servicing desired
  • Minimum of 1-year previous customer service experience required
  • Ability to handle sensitive confidential information
  • Experience with email, MS Word, and MSP
