Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound telephone inquiries in a Claims Contact Center
• Initiate auto and homeowner claims and provide explanations of the claims process
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the claim file

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service experience is highly preferred
• Strong technical aptitude for navigating multiple systems
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
