  • Assist customers and Financial Services Professionals with inquiries about individual life insurance policies
  • Provide updates on account information and assist with policy navigation and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • Financial services industry knowledge is a plus
  • College degree strongly preferred
  • Proven record of dependability with reliable attendance
  • Able to learn and retain a large amount of technical information quickly
  • Must be available for training and flexible with shift times
