- Handle 25-40 inbound calls, entering data into the system while speaking with customers
- Assist customers and Financial Services Professionals with inquiries about individual life insurance policies
- Provide updates on account information and assist with policy navigation and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Financial services industry knowledge is a plus
- College degree strongly preferred
- Proven record of dependability with reliable attendance
- Able to learn and retain a large amount of technical information quickly
- Must be available for training and flexible with shift times
