Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to Medicaid Providers and/or Clients regarding eligibility and medical claims status
  • Document all encounters in online logs and respond to phone inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Meet individual performance standards and assist with problem resolution as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Six months of Medicaid experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
