Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to Medicaid Providers and/or Clients regarding eligibility and medical claims status
- Document all encounters in online logs and respond to phone inquiries promptly and courteously
- Meet individual performance standards and assist with problem resolution as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Six months of Medicaid experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
