Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound telephone inquiries and assist with auto and homeowner claims
• Guide customers through the claims process and document interactions accurately
• Authorize services such as roadside assistance and rental cars as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service experience is highly preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
