Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and customer forecasts in the order entry system
- Provide timely information to customers regarding order status and related inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and maintain accurate customer records
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a Customer Service/Inside Sales role
- Experience in a multi-site distribution or manufacturing company
- Effective telephone communication skills
- Familiarity with order fulfillment/ERP systems preferred
