Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process purchase orders and customer forecasts in the order entry system
  • Provide timely information to customers regarding order status and related inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain accurate customer records
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a Customer Service/Inside Sales role
  • Experience in a multi-site distribution or manufacturing company
  • Effective telephone communication skills
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment/ERP systems preferred
