Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate Representative to provide support to participants, clients, and providers regarding health benefits and claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries from plan participants, group contacts, and providers about benefits and claims
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records of calls and claims
- Assist team members and support clients with their health benefit questions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer and customer service experience
- Proficiency with PC tools including Windows, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
- Ability to read and interpret benefit plans and insurance documents
