Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate Representative to provide support to participants, clients, and providers regarding health benefits and claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inquiries from plan participants, group contacts, and providers about benefits and claims
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records of calls and claims
  • Assist team members and support clients with their health benefit questions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer and customer service experience
  • Proficiency with PC tools including Windows, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
  • Ability to read and interpret benefit plans and insurance documents
