Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to handle requests and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and evaluate requests through various channels and determine appropriate actions
  • Monitor facility controls and alarms, ensuring proper communication for resolution
  • Facilitate key sign-out/in, distribution of access cards, and perform follow-up actions on service requests
Required Qualifications
  • One year of experience in customer service or communications
  • Six months of experience operating a computer and related peripheral equipment
  • Three months of experience in information research and analysis
