Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to handle requests and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and evaluate requests through various channels and determine appropriate actions
- Monitor facility controls and alarms, ensuring proper communication for resolution
- Facilitate key sign-out/in, distribution of access cards, and perform follow-up actions on service requests
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in customer service or communications
- Six months of experience operating a computer and related peripheral equipment
- Three months of experience in information research and analysis
