Job Summary

To support a growing education company, the full-time Customer Service Associate will manage online operations, enhance customer relationships, and oversee student enrollment while working remotely from Malaysia.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries and building relationships with students and parents
  • Oversee daily operations, including administrative tasks, staff management, and ensuring smooth online classes
  • Implement strategies for student enrollment and process improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Google Classroom and Zoom is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written English proficiency with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership qualities and project management experience are advantageous
