Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Customer Service Associate for a full-time remote position, who will engage with patients through phone and email communications, gather feedback, strengthen relationships, and support retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to patients professionally and empathetically
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients to support retention
- Gather patient feedback and accurately record information in company systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of telesales, phone-based sales, or telephone customer service experience
- Previous experience handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working environment
- Access to a laptop/computer and headset for daily communications
