Job Summary
Providing support to participants, clients, and providers, the full-time Customer Service Associate will manage inquiries related to group health benefits and claims payments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and provide accurate responses to inquiries about benefits and claims
- Document interactions and research claims, ensuring all information is logged in the system
- Assist team members and clients with questions regarding health benefit plans and related documentation
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer and customer service experience
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
- Ability to read and interpret benefit plans and insurance documents
- Professional attitude and commitment to privacy and confidentiality standards
