Job Summary

Providing support to participants, clients, and providers, the full-time Customer Service Associate will manage inquiries related to group health benefits and claims payments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and provide accurate responses to inquiries about benefits and claims
  • Document interactions and research claims, ensuring all information is logged in the system
  • Assist team members and clients with questions regarding health benefit plans and related documentation
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer and customer service experience
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
  • Ability to read and interpret benefit plans and insurance documents
  • Professional attitude and commitment to privacy and confidentiality standards
