Job Summary
Providing support to participants, clients, and providers, the full-time Customer Service Associate will answer inquiries related to group health benefits and claims payments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and provide accurate responses to inquiries about benefits and claims
- Document interactions in Chronolog and assist with claims research and processing
- Support team members and maintain punctual attendance while meeting quality standards
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer and customer service experience
- Proficiency with PC tools, including Windows, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
- Ability to read and interpret benefit plans and insurance documents
