Providing essential support to participants, clients, and providers, the full-time Customer Service Associate will manage inquiries related to group health benefits and claims payments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer calls from plan participants and providers regarding benefits and claims, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Document all interactions in Chronolog, summarizing key points and managing claims-related tasks
- Assist team members and clients with questions about health benefit plans and navigate the website as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer and customer service experience
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
- Ability to read and interpret benefit plans and insurance documents
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
