  • Provide backup coverage for front desk, process checks, and handle special projects
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of previous customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Above average computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
