Job Summary

Handling high volume outbound calls, the fully remote Customer Service Associate II will provide quality customer service regarding property insurance, support borrowers and agents, and manage premium disbursements.

Key responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to borrowers and insurance agents regarding premium disbursements and property insurance
  • Assist with borrower follow-ups and answer questions in the help desk chat
  • Maintain availability standards and update records as required
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
  • Ability to handle high volume calls effectively
  • Experience with customer service software or systems (preferred)
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
