Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to inbound and outbound phone calls for customer assistance
  • Document all calls in ticketing and tracking systems
  • Function as a liaison between the claims department and providers while ensuring high levels of customer service
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Call Center operations, including Medicare / Medicare Advantage
  • High school degree required
  • Basic understanding of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Team collaborator and peer mentor
