Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2 plus years of customer support experience in a service capacity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant prioritization
- Ability to make decisions and exercise discretion when appropriate
- Comfortable with technology and open to learning new tools
