Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collection Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient accounts, including cash collection and resolution of self-pay balances
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with patients through various communication methods
  • Document payment commitments and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare account management with customer service preferred
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
