Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient account balances through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring cash collection and resolution
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with patients and document commitments for follow-up
  • Provide information regarding the Financial Assistance Program and refer calls as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare account management preferred
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
