Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Collections Representative to provide exceptional service to clients' customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle collections matters through phone and email communications
  • Make outbound calls to debtors regarding outstanding debts and manage inbound customer inquiries
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards while striving for first call resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months of collections experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous call center and strong customer service experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced digital environment
