Job Summary

Supporting the Customer Service and Experience team, the full-time Associate Communications Partner will create content, enhance internal messaging, and serve as a key resource for team members while working remotely from Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey.

Key responsibilities
  • Create and edit content, including SOPs, to engage internal customers
  • Provide support for handling customer interactions and improving one-call resolution
  • Assess impacts on customers and representatives when developing or updating procedures
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in professional communications, marketing, or knowledgebase management
  • Strong writing and editorial judgment with the ability to simplify complex strategies
  • Fluency with modern communication channels and tools
  • Experience using AI for writing and editing communications
  • Demonstrated project management skills
