Job Summary
Supporting the Customer Service and Experience team, the full-time Associate Communications Partner will create content, enhance internal messaging, and serve as a key resource for team members while working remotely from Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey.
Key responsibilities
- Create and edit content, including SOPs, to engage internal customers
- Provide support for handling customer interactions and improving one-call resolution
- Assess impacts on customers and representatives when developing or updating procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in professional communications, marketing, or knowledgebase management
- Strong writing and editorial judgment with the ability to simplify complex strategies
- Fluency with modern communication channels and tools
- Experience using AI for writing and editing communications
- Demonstrated project management skills
